Before fabric is purchased, a garment is built or fittings began - a breakdown and budget is done. This is your roadmap for every change you are planning to build (or shop). This is the tool you will use to communicate with your director or showrunner about character changes scene by scene and how many multiples they want (or you can actually afford!).
